Return & Refund Policy
We make each item with care, just for you! Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, work may have already started, and cancellations may not be possible.
