1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are made-to-order.

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days for 3D printing or engraving, depending on complexity and current order volume.

  • Large or highly customized orders may require additional time; we will notify you if delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Estimated transit time within the U.S.: 2–7 business days (after production).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package is scanned.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Print3dStuff is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

  • Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier before a replacement or refund is issued.


6. International Shipping & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • We cannot control or predict customs delays.
